How can I copy my configurations to another store?
If you run more than one store, you do not have to rebuild your product options by hand on every store. There are two ways to move a setup across stores.
Export/import configurations between two stores
The app can sync product options configurations from one store to another. The feature is enabled per store pair by our team, so please contact our support team from inside the app and include:
- the
myshopify.comdomain of the store you want to copy from - the
myshopify.comdomain of the store you want to copy to
The app must be installed on both stores. After the sync is enabled you can transfer your configurations from the source store to the target store.
Where to find the export setting
Once the sync has been enabled for your two stores, the export/import setting appears at the very bottom of the app's Settings page. It has to be enabled on both stores before it shows up.
Media is not copied
The export/import setting copies the configurations only. The images and other media used by your option values are not duplicated onto the target store. The copied configurations keep referring to the media of the source store as links, so they display and work correctly straight away.
Because the media is shared between both stores, be careful when cleaning up:
- Deleting or replacing media or a configuration on the source store can break the media shown by the configuration on the target store.
- Keep the source store and its media in place for as long as the target store needs them.
Making the target store independent
If you want the target store to own its own copies of the images, upload the media on the target store and then open each configuration there and reselect the option values' media from the target store's own Assets. After that, changes on the source store no longer affect the target store.

Move option lists as a CSV file
Option values and their prices live in lists on the Assets page and can be moved without any help from support:
- On the source store, open the list on the Assets page and export it as a CSV file.
- On the target store, go to Assets, create a new list and import the CSV file.

After copying
Product targeting refers to the products of the store it was created on. Once the configurations are on the target store, open each configuration and set the product targeting again for the products of that store: How can I add product options to a product?
