App Extensions (upload)

App extensions are separate add-ons that extend the functionality of the Upload-Lift app.

How can I add an Extension?

You can add/remove any extension on the Plans page in the app:

In the Extensions section, you can see your current active extensions.  Adding an extension will add it's price to your monthly subscription:

You can add/remove extensions at any time during the month. 

Development stores

On a Shopify development store the extensions cannot be added from the Plans page. Send us a message via the Support button in the app, tell us which extension you need, and we will activate it manually so you can build and test with it.

Note: once the store is launched and on a paid Shopify plan, the price of the extension is added to your regular monthly subscription.

Why are app extensions not free?

App extensions are charged separately from the normal subscription price because they also create additional costs for us.

For example, the Convert extension requires our servers to process each uploaded file which requires us to run more servers.

The Editor extension is licensed from another company, which we also pay for every additional merchant that uses it.
