How can I change the location of the product options?

IMPORTANT: if your theme supports the new Shopify 2.0 block layout, you can also control the location using an app block as described here: Product Options Block in Theme Editor

The app tries to automatically position the product options above the add to cart button.

If in your case this location is not ideal or your theme doesn't support app blocks, you can change the location by providing a custom selector as described in the following video:
