How can I create a condition based on the product quantity?

The current quantity is not available by default in the condition values. This is because the quantity is usually controlled by your Shopify theme. You can add a separate Quantity option in the options to make the quantity available in the condition values:

The name "quantity" is not editable. The quantity option can only be added once per configuration.

Note: Minimum and maximum are only validated on add to cart. For minimum order quantity validation in the cart visit: How can I validate a minimum order quantity?

You can then select the "quantity" option in the condition:

Hide theme quantity picker

The app tries to find the theme quantity option and hide it automatically. However, if your theme editor allows hiding the quantity option, it is recommended to directly hide the quantity option to always let the app take over control of the quantity:
