B2B Form

The B2B Wholesales Tools App offers a powerful form feature that can be used to register new companies to your Shopify store or receive any type of requests from your customers. The Shopify form can be fully translated using the Translate & Adapt app.

Setup

You can choose from a starting template:

Fields

You can add pre-defined Customers fields, or add new fields that you want your customers to fill in. Each new field will be saved as a Customer metafield:

Multi-language

You can enter all the form texts in your primary store language. To translate the form, visit App > Settings > Language settings > Localize

Theme editor

On your them

To show the form on your store, open the Theme editor and navigate to your desired page. There you can add the app block for the B2B Form:

New page

To show the form on a new page, you can create a new page template in your Theme editor:

Copy a new template:

Give the template a name:

Add the app block to this page template:

IMPORTANT: to show the page on your store, you have to create a new page in Shopify: https://admin.shopify.com/store/pages

Edit the page to meet your needs, and make sure to select the newly created template:

Now you can visit your page and the form should be visible.
