Order edit / Copy to Cart

Customers sometimes make typing errors or forget to include certain details when placing their orders. Editing the option directly on the order has been a long requested feature from Shopify, but so far there is no possibility for apps or merchants to edit the custom options stored on an ordered product 👎

Shopify native order edit only supports updating item quantity or discounts:

Our app provides an admin action to copy an order back to the cart. This can be useful for;

• Creating a new order with requested changes. Canceling the previous order.
• Customer support sharing a link with the customer to create a new order based on the previous one.

IMPORTANT: for the copy to work, the app needs additional permissions explained in the Customer accounts documentation.
