How can I only allow specific image resolutions?

You can specify custom image dimension restrictions in the Image settings section:

Select "Allow only image dimensions that match"

You can configure the minimum and maximum image dimensions individually.  

You can also only enter the restrictions you want and leave the other fields empty.
