How can I delete all files from an order?

Uploads

Files in the Uploads tab are auto deleted after 30days. In the case that a customer request that the files should be deleted immediately after the order was processed, you can search for the order number starting with "#". A red delete button will appear to delete all file uploads linked to this order.

Note: this action is irreversible, all files will be deleted from the storage.

Archive

If your plan has the Archive enabled, the ordered files also have been copied into the archive for long term storage.

To delete all files for a specific order, you can search for the order number starting with "#". Use the delete button on the order folder to permanently remove the files from the archive storage.
