How can I sync multiple orders?

After you've setup your first Sync config, the app syncs all new incoming orders in real time, no additional setup is required.  

However if you want to manually sync multiple past orders, you can select the orders and start the sync directly form the Shopify Orders view:

Important: to sync an order you have to setup at least one Sync config
