How can I export customer options from orders?
Order export ZIP
You can export a ZIP file of the order directly from the Shopify Order View > More actions > Export Order Zip:
You can also view and download the order in the app from the "Orders" tab:
The ZIP file contains a folder for each ordered product:
Each product that was using the app will have an options.csv file and all additional file uploads:
The options.csv contains all the customer entered options:
Bulk export CSV
The default Shopify export does not contain the options from the app. (This is a limitation of the Shopify export functionality)
To export orders including the options, you can use the custom bulk action via the Shopify Orders View > More actions > Export options CSV:
The exported CSV file contains the order name and line item information with all the customer entered options:
